Shipping Information

Same Day Shipping:  

If you place an online Credit Card Order for In Stock products before 3pm during normal business hours your Order will ship that day.

How it Works:

- Place an Order for "In Stock" products. 
- Select Credit Card as your Payment Method. 
- Complete the Order before 3pm South African Time Monday to Friday. 
- Your Order will be processed and shipped that day. 
- If you select Courier Delivery as your shipping method, your package will arrive the next business day. 

Restrictions:

- The Stock Status for each product in your Order must be listed as In Stock.  
- Your Order must be completed before 3pm during normal business hours. 
- Business hours are 9am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday excluding Holidays. 
- Credit Card customers only. No other Payment Methods are eligible for Same Day Shipping. 
- Any delay in receiving approval from your Card issuer may affect the Order's ship date. 
- If the Order was not shipped the Same Day due to a Stock error, once the product is back in stock we will ship your Order via Express Courier (Domestic customers only) or the best delivery method available. 
- Orders delayed due to our Credit Card Verification process may not ship the Same Day.

Methods and Rates       

Deliveries within South Africa:

1-3 days FEDEX Express Courier Service: R80 per order flat rate
You will be supplied with a tracking number upon shipment. This service will require the signature of the person accepting the parcel at the time of delivery.

Please ensure that you enter your telephone number when you fill out your personal details if you plan to use FEDEX. This will assist them in the event of them experiencing difficulties delivering your parcel.

FEDEX will deliver your parcel speedily on condition that somebody is available to sign for the parcel at the shipping address entered.  In the event of nobody being available to sign for the parcel at the delivery address, a card will be left for you to contact the FEDEX driver.

NOTE: FEDEX DOES NOT DELIVER TO P.O. BOXES

2-3 business Express/Registered Post: R80 per order flat rate
The parcel will be delivered within 2-3 business days to your nearest post office or to your P.O Box. You will be supplied with a tracking number upon shipment. This service will require a signature when the parcel is delivered over the counter. To ensure promot and safe delivery of your parcel a phone number is essential. 

2-5 business days Registered Post delivery: R60 per order flat rate
The parcel will be delivered within 2-5 days to your nearest post office or to your PO box. You will be supplied with a tracking number upon shipment. This service will require a signature when the parcel is delivered over the counter. To ensure promot and safe delivery of your parcel a phone number is essential.

International Deliveries: 
 
7-14 business days Regular Post: R100 per order
 
Deliveries outside metropolitan areas may take longer.
This service will require your signature when the parcel is delivered.
If you are not available at time of delivery, a card will be left for you to collect your parcel from the nearest Post Office.
 
International customers to this site warrant, understand and agree to the following:

- Customers will be liable for any customs charges, duties, or tariffs for their destination country
- Customers understand that if customs impounds the goods sent from us, charges &/or cost of goods will not be refunded.
- Customers understand that if the goods are returned to us, the customer will be charged additional delivery fees to resend the parcel.
 
Your order will be processed same day, during normal business hours.

Please Note:

For quickest delivery from time of placing your order, we recommend placing your order using our 'Credit Card' payment option. Orders will only be dispatched once we receive your payment. 'Credit Card' payments are instant.
